It is certain that getting a property in especially for commercial purpose would reap good results for sure and this being the key reason, rates of new commercial properties rises high. Noida is developing everyday with a remarkable pace. Although in recent times, the Noida Authority has put noticeable barriers in some commercial constructions. It has temporarily suspended the allotment of 30 commercial properties that includes two plots which were meant for malls in Sectors 2 and 61, because of the then found defaults worth about Rs 200 crore. Officials also said that the sub-lease, mortgage and construction permission to the defaulters will also be banned and on the behalf of authority, has also warned of cancellation of allotments of 20 more commercial properties.
But keeping in mind the strong and fast development of Noida, such instances become quite obvious and do hamper the commercial office space in Noida but temporarily.
